Reports, findings, summaries, risk labels, and deadline calculations are tools to help users identify issues that may require additional review. They should not be treated as final determinations.
Oversiq does not provide legal advice, financial advice, title advice, real estate advice, tax advice, or professional opinions. Any output generated by the service should be reviewed by a qualified attorney, title company, real estate professional, solar provider, lender, or other licensed professional before you rely on it.
Use of Oversiq does not create an attorney-client relationship with Oversiq, its operators, vendors, employees, contractors, or affiliates. Communications through the platform are not privileged legal communications unless you separately engage an attorney under a written agreement.
You are responsible for uploading complete, accurate, and authorized copies of the documents you want reviewed. Incomplete, blurry, corrupted, outdated, or inaccurate documents can produce incomplete or inaccurate results.
You are responsible for confirming all facts, amounts, dates, deadlines, party names, obligations, and transfer requirements with the original documents and qualified professionals.
Oversiq may use artificial intelligence, OCR, automated extraction, and external workflow tools to review uploaded materials. AI systems can misunderstand context, miss information, produce incorrect summaries, or generate outputs that require human review.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated content to make legal, financial, title, contract, or closing decisions.
Some features may require one-time purchases or subscription plans. Prices, plan names, feature access, and usage limits may change over time.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Subscription access may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or use violates these terms.
Authentication may be handled by third-party authentication providers. Application data and uploaded materials may be stored by database and storage providers. Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors.
Oversiq may use additional service providers for OCR, AI/document processing, automation, cloud hosting, logging, analytics, email, support, and security. Uploaded documents may be processed by these systems to generate reports and operate the service.
You may not use Oversiq to upload documents you are not authorized to review, violate law, infringe third-party rights, reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, or misrepresent AI-generated output as legal advice.
Oversiq, including its software, user interface, reports, workflows, documentation, branding, and related materials, is owned by Oversiq or its licensors. You retain responsibility for and rights to your uploaded documents, subject to the processing permissions needed to operate the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oversiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, failed transactions, missed deadlines, title issues, legal fees, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
The service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Oversiq may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security or operational risk, fails to pay required fees, or uses the service in a prohibited manner. Users may stop using the service at any time.
