Oversiq may collect account information, contact information, authentication identifiers, billing information, uploaded document metadata, usage events, audit logs, support tickets, and information generated from document review workflows.
Examples include user ID, email address, property address, analysis ID, document filename, storage path, report access, purchase status, subscription plan, support messages, and operational logs.
Uploaded documents may include solar agreements, leases, loans, power purchase agreements, real estate contracts, addenda, UCC search results, and related transaction materials. These documents may contain personal, financial, property, lender, or contract information.
Uploaded documents may be processed to generate reports, extract text, identify possible obligations, summarize transfer requirements, and support customer service. You should only upload documents you are authorized to submit.
Oversiq may process documents through OCR tools and AI models to extract text, identify risks, summarize obligations, compare documents, calculate deadlines, and generate reports.
AI and document processing can involve sending document text, excerpts, metadata, or prompts to third-party AI/document processing providers that support the analysis workflow.
Oversiq uses third-party service providers to operate authentication, storage, payments, cloud hosting, workflow automation, OCR, AI analysis, and related services. These providers may change over time.
Oversiq may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools to collect limited analytics and attribution information. This helps us understand how visitors find the site, which pages and resources are useful, and which actions lead to signups, checkout, purchases, subscriptions, or professional inquiries.
This may include referral source, campaign parameters such as UTM tags or Google click identifiers, first and latest landing pages, button or link interactions, page views, checkout events, purchase or subscription conversion events, and a first-party anonymous attribution ID. If you sign up, start checkout, make a purchase, start a subscription, or submit a professional interest form, Oversiq may associate this attribution information with that event to measure product and marketing effectiveness.
Oversiq does not intentionally use this attribution system to store uploaded document contents, OCR text, passwords, payment-card numbers, or raw uploaded files. Limited sanitized source or campaign metadata may be included with checkout sessions handled by payment processors such as Stripe.
Oversiq does not intentionally send names, email addresses, Clerk user IDs, Stripe customer IDs, document contents, document IDs, analysis contents, solar contract contents, addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion events.
Oversiq may use Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools to understand public-page interactions and improve the site experience. Authenticated application pages are configured for stricter masking where supported.
We may retain uploaded documents, OCR text, extracted findings, reports, support tickets, audit logs, and usage events for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, comply with obligations, and improve workflows.
Users may request deletion of support data or analysis records through Contact. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, audit, backup, legal, or operational reasons.
Oversiq uses access controls, authenticated areas, administrative controls, and third-party infrastructure safeguards to protect application data.

Oversiq and its authentication, analytics, or payment providers may use cookies, local storage, session tokens, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, secure sessions, remember preferences, process checkout, operate the application, and measure how visitors find and use Oversiq.
Oversiq uses a first-party attribution cookie and local browser storage to remember source, campaign, referrer, landing-page, click identifier, and interaction information. The attribution cookie is currently set for up to 180 days. Local browser storage may remain until you or your browser clears it.
